APTx or any other codecs

Hello,

I bought new bluetooth headphones (Creative Outlier Sports). The sound quality on RN4 is very poor. To be honset i can't listen to some songs because of the sound and is way worse then to normal cable headphones. I know that this headpohens are know as a good quality sound. So I read that aptx may help with this, but it's not included on RN4 miui 10. Is there any option to get it ? Also i can't find thing in developer options that is responsible for bluetooth codes.
Do you have any help for me ? Thanks
