Issue with repeating Alarm clock

Hello,

I recently bought a Xiaomi 1S and have had issues with the alarm clock. Obviously, I'm using english language as the language for the OS.

The issue I am having is that I've set-up a repeating alarm clock (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri) and the alarm clock doesn't go off at all.

What I found is that if my alarm clock is setup for a time that's recent it will work. Example, if now it's 9 am and I setup the alarm to go off at 9:05, it will be ok.

Is anyone having issues with the alarm?

Build number 15.0 IMM 76D

Thanks in advance

Using the latest MIUI on my SGS III and the Phone is my alarm clock for work every day since I bought it, never been late so far...

Do you by any chance turn off the phone at night or do you leave it on? I don't know why else would the alarm clock fail. This is the only thing that has never failed for me in MIUI.

Thanks for both responses.

I never turn off the phone at night.

I don't know why, but I have setup the following alarms:
- Daily 0700
- Weekdays @ 0730

Both don't work. I recall both working on a Mondays, but after that, they don't work.

Are you guys setting up repeat alarms?

Ha ha ha :lol

Funny!!! I even thought that I was turning them off when I was "half asleep". But my wife also conferred that she didn't hear it. May be it's her "selective hearing" problem.

Seriously, this is driving me crazy. How's the difference in time between your alarms?

Thanks.

I don't know what to say or do?!?!?!?

Is there some type of log or something that I can capture to prove that either I'm sleep walking or the alarm didn't actually go off?

Basically, how to debug this. I'm an engineer, so if there's something, you don't need to dumb it down so much. But, I'm new to Android.

Thanks

Well a logcat would be the first port of call. Also, anyone else using the 1S can confirm? I don't see how it would be different the the Mi-One as they use the same rom but would be interesting to here.

OK, I know what log is and what cat are. But, how to do this on Android, you got me. I don't know how :(

FYI, I have the Android SDK installed, but not played much with it.
