Good morning,
It seems that the dictation doesn't work. I trid with default keyobard and Messagease Keyboard with the same result....
May be some Google Apps need to be installed ?

Hi, there isn't a hug, you just need to download the application "Google" from play store and the voice input on keyboard will be work!

I had the same issue with MIUI 6. I had all configs the way they are supposed to, but 'voice input' didn't work although the button was in its correct place. That's the way I could surprisingly fix it:

The "Google" app allows me to use Voice Input in Google Chrome, but it does not let me use Voice Input in other applications.  Any other ideas?
