Galaxy Note 2 VS MI Two

5.5 inches is too big for me,even I can't use it by one hand.So I have no love to Galaxy Note.

The note2 is a little big and  too expensive and also not very convenient

Let's not forget that these phones appeal to different markets.
The Galaxy Note is a 'phablet'. I guess it kind of fills the gap for people who want to functionality of a tablet and a phone without carrying around two devices. The Mi2 is purely a phone.
If it was a choice between the two, I'd still go for the Mi2, though. I've already got a tablet and I don't care about carrying two devices. Plus, I highly doubt that the S-Pen will suddenly give me magical drawing abilities to help me get better at DrawSomething.
