Well If you are using MIUI China ROM, then it has web based apps like Internet FM (com.ximalaya.ting.android), Mi News (com.ximalaya.ting.android) and Mi Video Player (com.miui.video) which are internet based application and work on data provided by your device like Location for content, Mi account details for subscribed content, etc... and ESET or Dr. Web are not going to white list these chinese apps because they are proprietory and only work on phones to be used in China, unless Xiaomi applies for whitelisting these apps in their vulnerability database which is not possible as these applications are supposed to be only run on Chinese ROMs on phones officially sold only in China.

Once a Global ROM is released, these apps will be removed from it. For now, you can try www.xiaomi.eu for a bloatware free ROM. No Chinese apps and bloatware, just Google Play store.

I checked the other forum (www.xiaomi.eu) No current ROM support for Redmi Note 3...  
Only old ROM MIUI 6.x

not at all but I prefer staying on MIUI original global stable :)
